Mike ( My Loving Husband) Made dinner

So mike made dinner tonight and he happen to burn some of the BBQ chicken . It might look REALLY BAD but not to worry he was using my Lock N Lock Cookplus Ceramic Frying Pan, 11.8-Inch in the lovely yellow. So all i had to do is wipe and it was clean. Not like the other sauce pan he used that was one of our older $$$ pans. I had to let in sit in hot water then scrub then sit again and so on. I get so annoyed when this happens knowing how much i payed for that set and then getting my Ceramic set from Lock N Lock with the price not even close. But I guess this is one of those you live and learn. AND I HAVE

Anyways It has been nice Mike is starting to cook more and more because of our new colorful Lock N Lock Items. I guess this is another reason to the many why i love locknlock. He says it is much easier to cook when things are organized and he does not need to search for an item.So yet again My love goes out to lock N Lock Thanks for changing my husband one step at a time :)

I received more items to try out from LocknLock. This time lots of items to tryout.

I received plastic containers, they are excellent for storing cooking ingredients like spices, flour, sugar.But I used most of mine to store odds and ends for my kids and husband. My kids like using the containers for art supply's to keep them organized. And my husband finds it handy to put his nails ect. I for one used it to store my medicine i take every day and for my coffee :) or in other words the drink from the gods lol. I also use them to store cookies and when my cucumbers come in i will use the one to pickle my cucumbers thanks to the picture and idea Lock N Lock

I also received Zen &Lock containers I love these containers because they are ceramic but are very light and hold a lot of food. Also because The design I have never owed a container the is so pretty you enjoy showing off my containers. The glass containers are the same very light and have a lovely design on the lid. I am missing a few due to the fact my package came when my sister was over so she wanted to try some so being a loving sister I let her take some home to use. I have yet to get them back and was told i probably wont. That she fell in love with the containers and  can not part with such a great items.

I also received a 2nd Eco coffee mug. I love my cup so much i drink my morning coffee in my I'm not a paper cup . This cup has become a big part in our family. My now 5 year old tells everyone what his mothers cup is. I will post a video of him saying it. It is too cute. My son saying I'm not a paper cup!

Mail Call!!!

So i was out of town for 2 weeks and came home to find out I had something delivered. As soon as I seen the lock n lock box I got a tingle. I love lock n lock. This is what I got Eeek....


I received a set of Lock & Lock Cookplus Ceramic cookware, I now have a yellow 7 cup sauce pan and an 10" frying pan. I am in love with the yellow. I now am going to buy a pan rack so I can hang the pots. These are not something you hide away the colors pop. They also have red, Blue and green.  I been using these for everything i cook and to my my amazement everything comes fright off with water like nothing was cooked in it. I even over cooked some cheese sauce and it was not am issue. I never had a pan set like this. Lock n Lock keeps amazing me every time. I know my grandmother would approve of this pan set :)

Our garden

So we got our vegitable garden almost done. Still have to plant two more tomato plants but that has to wate because it has been raining non stop for a week.
On the other hand I still have 10 or more flowers to plant in my front yard. And some of you might think this is easy but for me it becomes very crazy. If you have a dog that gets out and runs you know how this goes. But my drama comes from my 2 year old who can not stay with me at all. He RUNS and stops and as soon as I get near runs again. Really comon I trys everything with this kid. I guess the only way for him to be outside is in a fince in yard. Then again he might dig under the fience lol.
Back to my flowers It has been a task to Plant but to water every day :/. There has to be something out there that will help this crazy mom.............

My first box of goodies from LocknLock

I signed up to be A Lock N Lock supporter and I just received my first set of items. 

 

The items I received are....

Borosilicate Glass pot with a steamer lid and a in-bowl removable strainer.

I already have plains on using this heavy duty pot for  tonight's dinner for steaming veggies in the microwave .You can see in the picture too the left that the lid as drain holes to no need to dirty something else. I will post pictures :)

The next items I received are 2  Borosilicate Glass pans

My sons just love the bright orange handles on these. For having two little chefs in my kitchen this is a plus. It is always a plus when your kids find the little things exciting. These are quite heave but I can say after my little Timmy dropped one on my floor it is quite durable. My oldest is planing on making chicken in one of the pans tonight so i will post pictures :) I would also like to point out that the handle covers come off to clean  very nice add on to a great product I might say..

The next item I have is 3 Boroseal III glass containers.  

And I am just in love with the  pretty flower pattern on the lock lids .These are no light weight containers. I have so many plains already. I am going to start using these to freeze my extra dinner food for those crazy nights that you need a fast meal to pop into the oven. I just do not know what I will do first. I also want to show off at the up coming party's so I might wait and use them to transport dishes to the party knowing they will now leak on my seat with my husbands crazy driving LOL You have to love the air tight lock :).

 

The last item I have to share with you that I received is quite amazing I do say my self. 

A box of plastic storage wrap, I bet you are thinking what is she so amazed about. Well it says it is microwavable. That is right! I have never seen this before and I am excited to see if it wont melt in my microwave. I will post about this at a later date :)

Dinner with my new Pans

Everything went great. All of our food cooked very nice! I was able to cook on low heat (So this saves energy also) And our food turned our great. The cleaning was very easy! It is more so wipe off and let dry type of pot. I still want to test it out a lot more but for me this is the best pot pan set i have ever got. Sad to say it took me this long to find my new loves. I will post more tomorrow. I think we will be making something with eggs tomorrow morning so I will take pics to show you how great the pans really are <3

Life has been SOOOO crazy! But I did get my new Loves in the mail :). 


The Things i love about my new set would have to be.....
High quality stainless steel & 7mm thick 3-layer bottom so heat is even which prevents food from sticking or Burning! And this is very good when Hubby try's to make dinner LOL.
